Q Will I be charged every month from my card?

A Yes you will be charged the same date every mont from the card details you enter into stripe.

Q Can I cancel at anytime?

A Yes but we do ask for 7 days notice so we can make sure Stripe has cancelled your subscription

Q Can I add on another Service to my Blow dry such as a colour?

A Yes you can add a colour on to your Blow dry as long as it is with the same stylist, If your colour is with a different stylists the Blow dry will be charged.

Q Can I add a Cut to my Blow dry will I be charged extra?

A Yes you will be charged for a Cut & Finish as this a completely different service to a Blow dry and not part of the membership.

Q Can I book anytime any day for a blow dry.

A Yes within our opening hours. We advise to plan up to 6 weeks in advance on our seamless booking system to always get the times you want. We will do our best to accommodate but it isn’t always possible.

Q If I can’t make my Blowdries 1 week will I still be Charged?

A Yes this price is based on a monthly subscription?

Q I need to cancel my Blow dry last minute.

A We Ideally need 24 hours notice in order to fill that space. We know this isn’t always possible but that does mean you will loose 1 of your 2 blow dries that week in order to keep it fair.
