Deposits 

We take deposits on ALL appointments. Please give us as much notice if you need to change or cancel so we can give the slot to another waiting client. We have a cancellation policy as follows: 

Cancellations 

We know that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot — under 48 hours and you’ll have to pay. 
 
48 hours — no charge/deposit carried forward or refund  
24 hours — 50% charge 
No show — 100% charge 

Payments 

We take cash all major credit/debit cards and we offer Laybuy in store for all our services. 

Patch Tests

A patch test is required by law before your first colour treatment and no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Just pop into the salon and it will take 30 seconds. If you do not come in before your appointment we cannot carry out your colour appointment - harsh I know, but we have to stick by the rules. No waivers sorry!
