Total Annual Salary £14,400- £15,600

Location Remote (with occasional salon duties)

Monday-Friday

About the Position

We are looking for an admin role within our business

The Role is essential for maintaining smooth operations in Our salon.

You will be the primary link between Clients, staff and the Salon Owner. You will ensure seamless communication and drive the business forward through strategic client engagement and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities.

Salon and Academy Co ordination

Schedule and manage Client appointments for salon services Via phone, email, social media and on line booking systems.

Maintain effective communication with clients through email and social media.

Admin and reporting tasks

Perform general admin tasks

Support salon and Academy tasks

Conduct weekly stock takes at the salon.

Monitor and report staff performance data, preparing detailed reports for review.

Gather and document social media insights and salon reports to assist the salon owner in making informed business decisions

Marketing and Client engagement

Assist in scheduling and creating social media posts.

Create landing pages, email marketing

Analise client feedback and trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement

Qualifications and experience

Proven experience in and administrative or customer service role

Experience in a hair salon or beauty industry is a bonus but not essential

Familiarity with managing bookings.

Strong organisational skills and multi tasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Can confidently use Excel, Word, email marketing tools

Able to analyse data and prepare comprehensive reports.

Understanding of social media platform and digital marketing.
